Jeannie Stell, Editor,  joined Hart Energy Publishing in 2007 after working 20 years in the Houston oil and gas industry. She has worked with upstream, midstream and downstream companies from both marketing and editorial perspectives, and has many friends in the industry. Her work has been published in print and online, in several languages, and has been included or footnoted in published papers by companies as varied as the U.S. Geological Survey, the National Iranian Oil Company and Microsoft. Jeannie holds a bachelor of business administration degree from Our Lady of the Lake University of San Antonio, Texas, majoring in marketing and minoring in economics.

M. Doyle Sanders

pipeline projects around the world. He has authored numerous papers on information technology and is a registered professional engineer and public surveyor.

, Contributing Editor, writes “Measurement Info.” He is Director of the Fluids Engineering Department at the Southwest Research Institute. He has 29 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, including 10 years as manager of the metering research facility at SwRI.

Fred K. Geitner
, Contributing Editor, writes “Compressor Info.” He has 44 years of experience in compressor operations and maintenance. Fred is a registered consulting engineer and advises process plant and pipeline companies on machinery maintenance, cost reduction, and reliability improvement.
