Welker names new manufacturing vice president

Welker, Inc., has announced the addition of Thomas J. Hughes as Vice President of Supply Chain/Manufacturing. Hughes brings to Welker a proven track record for creating profitable, flexible, customer-focused manufacturing environments and highly motivated employees. He has more than 25 years of experience implementing and teaching world- class manufacturing methodologies. He has provided leadership in the fields of Lean Manufacturing, Quality and Productivity Improvement, Six Sigma, Supply Chain and Logistics Management, New Product Introduction, Workforce Reorganization, Employee Training and Development as well as all aspects of sales and production processes.
